Mining & remote sites
Transformer and packaged substation configurations assessed against temperature, altitude, dust, corrosion and transport constraints. Share site access and lifting limits with your enquiry.
Solar & battery storage
Step-up and bidirectional duty using inverter or PCS voltage, harmonic data and loading profile. Inverters and PCS are separate from transformer supply unless expressly included in the quotation.

Design standards, AS/NZS requirements, efficiency obligations including GEMS where applicable, and any registration or approval requirements are reviewed for the specific equipment and application. |
| Site conditions | Installation location, ambient temperatures, altitude, enclosure/IP rating, corrosion exposure, sound limits and cable interfaces. |
| Tests & documents | The offer sets out the included tests and delivery documents. Project drawings are issued after receipt of the agreed deposit, for approval before manufacture. |

Know what is included
Freight to your destination
We quote transport to the agreed port or site using your delivery city and postcode. The quotation states the Incoterm, freight, import responsibilities and applicable exclusions.
Site work
Unloading, cranage, installation, cabling and commissioning are excluded from equipment supply unless expressly included. These activities should be planned with your local installation team.
Schedule & after-sales
Manufacturing and freight lead times are quoted for the selected configuration and route. We coordinate technical support with the manufacturing partner; any on-site attendance is agreed separately.
