Sourcing in China exempts you from nothing. Placing a transformer on the EU market requires all of the following — and as the brand, we carry the manufacturer's obligations: CE marking, technical file, EU Declaration of Conformity, Tier 2. For the import itself, either your company acts as importer of record (we supply the complete documentation pack) or we arrange delivery through an EU-established importer.
