We collect only the data you voluntarily submit through the configurator / quotation form: name or company, e-mail address, phone number (optional), and the technical specifications and message you enter. This data is used solely to process your quotation request and to contact you about it.
Processing is based on your consent (the box ticked when submitting the form) and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Your data is used only by Veltrium Énergie to process your request. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Our technical tools process it on our behalf: professional e-mail (Google Workspace) and website hosting (Cloudflare).
As the publisher and its technical providers (Google, Cloudflare) are established in the United States, your data may be processed outside the European Union, with the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or equivalent).
Your data is kept for as long as needed to process your request and manage any resulting commercial relationship, then deleted — or immediately upon your request.
The site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Any audience measurement is anonymous and cookieless.
